We want to thank all of you that have supported PBU, from gatekeepers to volunteers, to our business sponsors, to those who work behind the scenes to keep the club running smoothly. Your generosity of time, effort, and financial commitment is what distinguishes us as more than just another club and puts us in the top 5 places in the US to play!
Our initial lifetime members and business partners contributed to our fundraising drive to reconstruct our courts, and countless others have continued to contribute since that time. These funds, along with our dues, proceeds from cookouts and socials, banner sales, and tournaments, go towards maintaining our courts and funding special club projects. Recent projects include adding north court lights and exploring the potential for expansion plans with the city. This is possible only through the efforts of all of us working together to build for the future.

Advertising License Agreement Policy of PBU 6/30/22
PBU Inc’s board of directors and management has the sole authority over licensing agreements within the perimeter of the PBU complex. Any advertising, such as flyers, banners, windscreen recognition or solicitations is considered a license agreement and must be either be approved by this policy or approved by the board if it’s outside the items listed above. The board has the authority to change rates from time to time as voted and approved by a motion within the board. The board may also set additional policies or actions that help facilitate a better working relationship with its licensees. The board and management team will use fair and reasonable standards to this policy but retains the right to refuse any licensee. Licensee understands that PBU Inc. operates the facility under the terms and conditions of the City of Vero Beach. If PBU for any reason loses its license to operate, PBU is not responsible for any refunds or other obligations to the licensee.
PBU Banner Policy Terms
A corporate sponsorship banner is available for an annual fee of $1000 and will be mounted on the fence perimeter on the west side of the courts. The sponsor is responsible for providing the banner to PBU banner specifications (2 feet by 4 feet) and must be approved by PBU. The licensee will sign a license agreement, outlining the terms of the contract.

All sponsors will be invoiced annually 30 days before the anniversary date of their banner installation. The owner has 30 days to submit remittance of the banner fee. Owners will be notified when their banner needs to be replaced due to disrepair or fading. The member will have 30 days to replace the banner. If the banner needing repair is not replaced by the member, it will be removed from the fence.

The Mission of Pickleball University is to promote Pickleball throughout the communities and schools for the enjoyment, health, and social interaction, by offering and making available avenues for organized recreational, competitive play, and development of all players and to continue to enhance and expand our program and facilities.
